Refund Policy

At Tranquillo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refund

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all original contents (tags, labels, and accessories).

• The product must be unused and in undamaged condition. Items showing signs of wear or damage cannot be refunded.

Refund Process
Once we receive your return and it meets the above criteria, you will be issued a store credit. Please note, we do not provide refunds to the original payment method.

How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return, please contact us at tranquillo.clo@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with the return instructions and address.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not cover the return shipping costs under any circumstances, unless the product was damaged or incorrectly sent.
