  • We ship only within the European Union. Orders will be processed and shipped from Slovenia within 1-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location.

  • Shipping is free for Slovenia. For other EU countries, a flat shipping fee of €6 applies.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We offer a 7-day return window for eligible products (as outlined in our Refund Policy). Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged.

  • Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit once the return meets our criteria. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
