Shipping Area



We currently ship only within the European Union (EU).





Shipping Costs



  • Slovenia: Free shipping on all orders.
  • Other EU Countries: Flat rate shipping of €8.99 per order.






Shipping Options



Customers will always be clearly informed on the product page whether an item is pre-made or pre-order before completing their purchase.



1. Pre-Made Items



Pre-made items are ready to ship and typically arrive faster.


  • Processing & Delivery Time (Slovenia): 3–7 business days.
  • Processing & Delivery Time (Other EU Countries): 5–10 business days, depending on destination.
    Please note that delivery times may be affected by postal delays, holidays, or weather conditions.




2. Pre-Order Items



Select items are available on a pre-order basis.


  • Processing & Delivery Time: Typically 3 to 6 weeks from the date of purchase.
    This timeframe includes production, handling, and transit. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to this extended delivery window.
